At ANU Health and Wellness, we strive to make all our patients feel comfortable, safe and well taken care of from the moment they step into our office.
Before your first appointment, be sure to fill out all the necessary paperwork ahead of time. If you are unable to complete it beforehand or need assistance, please arrive several minutes before your appointment so that we can assist you.
As new patients, during your first visit, we will review your medical history and any previous treatments before discussing your goals of treatment. Afterward, we will conduct a physical examination to evaluate what needs to be done to achieve your desired results. Many of our services can be customized to best suit your individual needs and goals.
Your doctor will then discuss any treatments, services, or products that will target your concerns and work with you to develop a potential treatment plan. This is the perfect time to ask questions or voice concerns.
If, after your initial consultation, you decide to move forward, we can schedule your next appointment for treatment.

Please check-in at the Reception Desk at least 10 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. Unfortunately, late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatments.
As a courtesy to other guests and our service providers, there will be a 24-hour cancellation or change policy. Without this notification you will be charged in full. At the time of booking, your credit card number may be obtained to secure your requested appointment.
In appreciation of outstanding service, gratuities may be given at your discretion.
